My rugs had not ever been cleaned (for 15 years!!) and had been chewed and damaged by a new dog in the house. Raphael was very knowledgeable and discussed options and they arrived back bright, repaired and lustrous. A beautiful job. I would highly recommend taking your rugs here.

I love my rug, but it was looking very shabby. I called Raphael. It was so easy. He gave me a quote from a photo I sent to him. Then he came round and collected the rug. The following week he brought back a fresh, clean rug. He even repaired some spots. Amazing. It gave the whole room a lift. Thank you Raphael.
